Clear Pest Pro (formerly Safer Home Services) is looking for a full-time pest control technician to join our growing team. You will be a part of the BELFOR Franchise Group team and have access to benefits and many opportunities for training.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations.
Develop and implement pest control treatment plans using approved methods and products.
Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and in accordance with regulations.
Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and ongoing maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Assist with marketing in service area during downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary pest control certifications and licenses (training provided if needed).
Must be able to work in all types of weather.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
Physical ability to kneel, bend, climb and lift up to 50 lbs.
Previous experience in pest control or a related field is a plus but not required.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
