One of our clients, a well‑established and highly respected in the industrial textile manufacturing space, is seeking a

Production Line Manager

to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a single, high‑volume production line. The role ensures safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while fostering teamwork and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will act as the primary on‑site contact for the new line, responsible for production, QA and line supervisors—total of ~50 employees. We are searching for a reliable, dedicated and hands‑on individual who wants to join a company with a strong sense of loyalty and community, where most team members have built long‑term careers. Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth workflow: verify that raw materials and components arrive, production is on schedule, quality standards are met, and operators are aligned. Coordinate with headquarters support teams: R&D (for product tech issues), maintenance (for machine uptime), logistics/warehouse (for flow of materials), HR (labor issues). Act as the primary on‑site contact for the new line: open facility, manage staff start‑up, monitor operations, elevate issues to Operations Director. Ensure the production environment is safe, compliant with applicable regulations, and organized. Monitor key operational metrics: line output, defect rates, downtime, shift performance, operator availability. Provide feedback to Operations Director and HQ online performance, improvement opportunities, and staffing issues. Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5‑7 years of experience supervising manufacturing or textile production lines. Technical background in textiles preferred but not required. Strong operational and people management skills; hands‑on and solution oriented. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; able to interact with management, staff, and cross‑functional teams. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and manage shifting priorities. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on safety, quality, attendance, and procedural compliance. Organized, self‑directed, independent, and hands‑on‑individual able to work with limited supervision. Proven experience supervising hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment.
