As a Regional Banker/Teller in PNC’s Retail Branch Banking organization in the North Pointe Branch office area, you will be based in Lancaster, Nebraska.

Job Description
Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Identify referral opportunities and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty and delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and positioning PNC products to meet their needs.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty.
Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within limits, and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically do not require a university or college degree.
A high‑school diploma or GED is acceptable along with related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
Typically requires 1 year of related experience, or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
