Accounting Assistant Manager Summary
A leading Japanese travel and hospitality company is seeking an Accounting Assistant Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing Accounting-related matters across their dining sector including monthly closing AP/AR consolidated financial statements. Fluency in both English and Japanese is required. Essential Duties (Unofficial)
Oversee and manage the monthly closing process. Handle AP/AR functions. Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data. Assist in budget preparation and financial planning. Provide support during external audits. Other duties may be assigned. Working Hours Working style
Monday - Friday; 9:00 - 18:00 Flexible work hours might be applicable Woking Location
Los Angeles CA 2 days in the office 3 days WFM (Subject to change) Salary/Benefit
$68K - 85K DOE Comprehensive Insurance Plan (Health Dental Vision) Paid Vacation Holidays
Saturdays Sundays US Major Holidays Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting with at least 1 year in a managerial role. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in both English and Japanese (spoken and written). Key Skills
