Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk
to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
This individual will be responsible for:
Processing payables (purchase orders, packing slips, etc.)
Creating customer invoices from job tickets with accuracy
Additional duties include filing documents, answering phones in a polite manner, maintaining inventory of office supplies, etc.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
3+ years’ experience Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk
3+ years’ experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Associates (Preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
