Job Purpose Effective and consistent running of the line you are assigned to, achieving production targets through interaction with the processes. Maintain quality, safety, hygiene and waste goals by operating within required machine parameters and understanding assigned machines, processes and products.
Shift Night
Role and Activity
Ensure machines are clean, organized, and run under discipline.
Operate following standard operating procedures.
Apply basic ice‑cream knowledge – understand the "WHY" not just the "HOW".
Use limited water for cleaning under the "clean as you go" principle.
Correctly use, store and set up all equipment.
Effective hand‑over with Maintenance and next shift; report all faults and issues.
Drive production to meet customer specifications, quality and food safety.
Control the manufacturing process to meet targeted outputs.
Communicate effectively with the entire team.
Meet health and safety requirements; maintain a positive safety culture.
Walk the talk, attend to issues promptly.
Promote the Froneri culture of ownership.
Apply the "will I do this to my home?" principle.
Coordinate daily local work team efforts – control breaks, lunches and rotations.
Represent The Froneri Way through behaviors and characteristics in our Operating Model and Core Values.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Measurable Outcomes
Reduce trends of rejections from food‑safety and quality issues.
Improve hygiene, GMP and safety audits week over week.
Meet daily, weekly, monthly production targets.
Maintain effective interaction with the team.
Implement quality and improvement initiatives.
Reduce accidents and incidents year over year.
De‑kitting line; return all packaging to the warehouse.
Check line after cleaning; store tools correctly.
Eliminate stagnant water in equipment.

Position Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
High‑school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
One year of related experience (preferred).
Work Environment
Wet and/or humid conditions, high noise level, mechanical/electrical/pressurized equipment.
Fast‑paced production with strict timelines.
Standing, lifting and walking in refrigerated zones for extended periods.
Frequent exposure to nuts and other allergens.
Repetitive hand and arm movements; long periods of standing.
Compliance with food safety regulations – PPE, hygiene guidelines.
Team‑oriented collaboration for smooth production and packaging.
Pay: $25.64 per hour (range based on skill, experience, certification).
