HVAC Service Technician – Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric
Location: Tulsa, OK | Salary: $50,000.00 – $95,000.00 (Full‑time)

What you’ll be doing
Report to customers’ homes on time and arrive prepared to evaluate the work required.
Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips, and techniques to prevent damage; offer professional advice on optimizing system function and additional services.
Perform routine maintenance such as replenishing refrigerants and replacing filters.
Install thermostats, dehumidifiers, timers, run tests to identify appropriate settings and instruct customers on proper use.
Replace components such as coils, compressors, and controls.
Use a variety of tools, including electrical hand‑tools, saws, drills, vacuums, and refrigerant gauges.
Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience (system operations and preventive maintenance).
Complete all work processes while maintaining safe working conditions.
Document the outcome of every work order in detail.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications
Desire to be part of a winning team.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman license.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of equipment, tools, and methods commonly applied in repairing air conditioning and heating equipment.
Knowledge of principles of operation of air conditioning and heating systems and safety practices concerning HVAC work.
Excellent ability to explain technical information to clients.
Computer literacy and ability to use HVAC software tools for time‑keeping, billing, and credit‑card processing.
Completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and background check (required for safety‑sensitive position).
