We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated
Outpatient Social Worker
to join our behavioral health team onsite in Mesa. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and experienced clinicians who want to grow their career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
You’ll support individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions through counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support.
What You’ll Do
Provide individual, group, and family counseling
Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic client outcomes
Utilize evidence-based interventions for mental health, substance use, and crisis needs
Provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system
Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
Active Arizona license required through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LMSW or LCSW required)
New graduates welcome
Experience in outpatient, mental health, substance use, or crisis settings a plus
Passion for serving diverse populations using recovery-oriented, client-centered care
Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills
