Process Analyzer Technician

Summary The Process Analyzer Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, installing, calibrating, and operating on‑line process analyzers. The role requires routine preventative maintenance, accurate record keeping, and collaboration with other maintenance disciplines.
Primary Responsibilities
Inspect, repair, install, calibrate, and operate on‑line analyzers in accordance with accepted procedures and manufacturer recommendations.
Utilize electronic test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues.
Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Complete and maintain records as specified in ISO 9002 procedures.
Assume additional routine or assigned duties to support the maintenance department’s work schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
Four years of industrial instrumentation and/or electronic experience, along with qualifying skills in at least two additional maintenance crafts, are preferred.
