is expanding our commercial HVAC installation team and is seeking an experienced
HVAC Service Installer
to support full system installations across commercial projects. We specialize in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions through reliable service, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on installer who takes pride in complete, start‑to‑finish HVAC installations and enjoys working independently in commercial environments. You will work closely with project managers and fellow technicians to ensure systems are installed correctly, safely, and on schedule.

What BME Needs From You:
Perform complete HVAC installations from start to finish, including 5–20 ton commercial systems
Install, modify, and fabricate sheet metal ductwork according to drawings and specifications
Run, braze, pressure test, evacuate, and properly charge refrigerant piping
Install, size, and run gas piping for furnaces, boilers, hanging heaters, and other HVAC equipment
Complete electrical wiring for HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including low‑voltage controls and thermostats
Set rooftop units using cranes, including proper rigging, alignment, and safety procedures
Perform system startup, testing, and commissioning
Ensure work meets all codes, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate clearly with project managers, supervisors, and customers
What Sets You Apart:
3+ years of HVAC/R installation experience
Strong knowledge of ductwork fabrication, refrigerant handling, and gas piping
Experience with crane lifts and rooftop unit placement
EPA 608 Certification required
OSHA 10 certification required within 90 days of hire
Ability to work independently and follow installation plans
Commercial HVAC installation experience (preferred)
Experience with system startup and commissioning (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials
Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures
