Metal Fab / Equipment Assembler

Job Description Small fabrication shop is looking to hire a reliable, experienced Metal Fabricator / Equipment Assembler to fabricate parts and assemble custom equipment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in manufacturing and enjoys floating between a variety of tasks throughout the day.

DUTIES OF THE METAL FABRICATOR / EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLER:

Operate saw and drill

Mig welding of parts

Mechanical Assembly

Light wiring of equipment

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE METAL FABRICATOR / EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLER:

Previous experience operating saws and drills

Basic math and measuring skills

Past experience in assembly

Basic welding skills (or willing to learn)

Solid work history
