Valiant is seeking a motivated individual with the below qualifications to fill the Liaison Officer position in El Paso, TX. The employee reports directly to the Mobilization Director.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees, both orally and in writing, with individuals of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Conduct meetings and briefings and ability to supervise groups of employees processing through Fort Bliss, TX, for deployment and redeployment.
Must be able to work in a standing position for 8-12 hours or more per day. Ability to work after hours, on weekends, and during Holidays.
Must be able to commute to the Fort Bliss, Texas, Military base to assist personnel with their deployment and redeployment processing daily. The position is half in the field and half in the admin time remote.
Ability to carry over 50LB.
Familiarity with DoD, Fort Bliss and DoD contract deployment, CRC process, and redeployment is preferred.
DoD Deployment & Redeployment knowledge preferred.
Must have high interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and high professional integrity.
Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members, and employees.
Demonstrates a flexible and positive attitude in performing duties and responsibilities.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Physical and drug screening may be required.
DoD security clearance or NACI is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite is required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), etc.
Good Driving record required.
Ability to drive to Fort Bliss base required.
Knowledge of military equipment is preferred but not required.
Ability to receive CAC ID.
