We are seeking a Social Worker for our Inpatient Medicine Units.
Utilize your inpatient experience to provide a variety of psychosocial services.
Coordinate discharge planning and continuum of care for patients and families from across the world.
Assist patients and families in enhancing their coping capabilities with illness and daily functioning.
This is a 1199 union day‑shift position working Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 8 am‑8 pm with weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
Preferred Criteria
At least one year of inpatient Medical/Surgical experience
Discharge planning experience
Required Criteria
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
New York State License as a Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW)
Salary Range: $43.86–$58.73 per hour.
