Job Description
Oriol Health Care is looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the President/CEO. The role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. This full‑time position is 30 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, with pay ranging from $19 to $20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and calendar management
Coordinating travel arrangements
Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Conducting research and compiling data for reports
Serving as a liaison between the executive and other staff members
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is essential.
Essential Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
3–5 years of experience in mid‑ to senior‑level administration, business, management, or related field (preferred)
Skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Proficiency in creating financial reports and coordinating efforts
Skilled in event planning and material development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (preferred)
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks
Capable of organizing and managing files, tasks, schedules, and information efficiently
Self‑directed and able to work independently
Energetic and enthusiastic about new projects
Comfortable in both leadership and teamwork roles
Able to handle clerical duties, answer calls, maintain files, and organize documents
