Position Summary
Jim Keras Buick GMC is seeking a friendly, dependable
Part-Time Receptionist
to welcome guests, answer inbound calls, and help keep our front desk running smoothly during evening and Saturday hours. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being the first great impression of the dealership.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and guests with a professional, warm welcome
Answer a multi-line phone system and route calls to the right department/team member
Take accurate messages and follow up to ensure requests reach the right person
Support basic administrative tasks (light filing, data entry, scanning, etc.)
Help maintain a clean, organized reception and customer lounge area
Assist with other front-desk needs as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality (this schedule is essential)
Comfortable answering phones and using basic office technology
Organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask
Dealership or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person

Monday–Friday:
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday:
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Approx. 20 hours/week)
