Description Manage day‑to‑day case administration through our PRISM case‑management system, correspond with parties, attorneys, and neutrals, and ensure accurate scheduling, documentation, and billing processes. Ideal for professionals with customer service or legal support experience, interested in alternative dispute resolution, and comfortable with technology.

Work Environment Hybrid; candidates must reside within 125 miles of their assigned U.S. office. Compensation depends on location.

Charlotte, Miami, San Antonio: $49,000 - $52,000

Atlanta, Buffalo, Dallas, Fresno: $52,000 - $55,000

Houston, Johnston, Minneapolis: $53,000 - $56,000

Chicago, Philadelphia, Voorhees: $55,000 - $59,000

Boston, Los Angeles: $58,000 - $61,000

New York City, San Francisco: $62,000 - $65,000

Eligible for quarterly performance‑based incentives. Includes medical, dental, orthodontia, vision, student loan repayment, 403(b) retirement plan with company match, discounted pet insurance, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent education/experience.

Minimum three years in customer service, case administration, or legal environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

Comfortable with web‑based systems and adapting to new technologies, including AI‑related tools.

Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
