Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Technician and Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of our food production equipment, specifically Vemag 500s and dough sheeters. Our production schedule runs from 5am-3pm.

Key Responsibilities
Operate food production machinery, such as Vemag 500s and dough sheeters, to ensure consistent production output.
Perform basic maintenance tasks and adjustments to keep machines running smoothly.
Collaborate with the production team to set up and calibrate equipment for different production runs.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve minor issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and food production standards.
Provide feedback on equipment performance and assist in improving machine efficiency.
Qualifications
Prior experience operating food production machinery, with a strong understanding of Vemag 500s and dough sheeters.
Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor problems.
Knowledge of food production safety protocols and sanitation standards.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Availability to work on Sundays is a plus!
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of machine setup and calibration.
