Plant Mechanic
Competitive salary, Full-time, NO Weekends! We are looking for an experienced Plant Mechanic with at least 3 years of experience to start ASAP.

A large company is in search of THREE individuals to fill a temp to hire opening for a Plant Mechanic in Durham, NC. This position works Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm. It would be a plus if interested candidates had pneumatic/hydraulic and welding exposure.
Responsibilities of the Plant Mechanic
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on industrial machinery, including but not limited to motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyor systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Use diagnostic tools and meters to test and evaluate equipment functionality
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance and repair schedules
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Document maintenance and repair activities using computerized maintenance management systems
Inspect, tests, & clean equipment to ensure that it is in proper working conditions.
Requirements of the Plant Mechanic
Valid Driver's License
Clean criminal background (unfortunately, no felony convictions)
Clean drug screening
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 3 years of machinery maintenance experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with industrial maintenance
Salary: $24.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 36-40 per week
