AMI seeks a highly-motivated, experienced Asphalt Roller Operator for our successful paving division. This essential role is crucial for exceeding company expectations. We require an action-oriented, experienced team player who excels with breakdown/finish rolling and contributes positively to our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate asphalt roller precisely to achieve high-quality paving per DOT, local, and commercial specs.
Monitor asphalt temperatures and vibration usage for proper breakdown and finish rolling of asphalt.
Work alongside crew members and assist in all capacities of applications.
Uphold jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
Report issues, material needs, and progress to supervisors.
Perform other assigned duties.
Skills Needed:
Minimum 2–3 years of asphalt paving experience.
Ability to operate Wacker, CAT, or similar asphalt rollers.
Operating a Paver or Skid Steer is a significant plus.
Valid Driver’s License.
Availability to work weekends.
Required qualifications:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
