Receive and process telephone orders.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Clean equipment and facility as requested.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Perform basic math skills (accurately give change).
Have an outgoing personality; act as the first contact for phone‑in and carryout customers, communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
Stand for long periods; most tasks performed from a standing position with no chairs.
