ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Manager Community Engagement and Enrollment, the Clerk Phone Banker for Community Engagement and Enrollment conducts phone outreach to prospective families for scholar recruitment purposes on behalf of a subset of Alliance’s 26 schools. Phone Bankers will be responsible for tracking progress against call lists and reporting outcomes following each shift.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct phone outreach to specified lists of prospective families

Utilize Google Suite products to track progress against call lists

THE STRONGEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

Enthusiastic phone presence and the ability to actively engage in a phone conversation with a diverse group

Self-starter; ability to work independently with little direction

Commitment to the Alliance’s mission of education equity and the communities we serve

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Prior phone banking experience preferred

Spanish language fluency

WORK LOCATION

This position will work virtually in the greater Los Angeles area with occasional travel to school sites.

COMPENSATION NOTE

This position works within a maximum of 20 hours per week. The role will end on

June 30, 2026 . COMPENSATION $18.00 - $18.00
