Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of El Super grilled and hot food items, following precise company standards for preparation and presentation.
Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant area.
Play a key contact point for our customer service experience.
Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food.
Preferred Extras
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
