JOB DETAILS
Base Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour for night shift
Location: Primary - Pennsboro; ability to cover other Ritchie County locations as needed
Opportunity to level up in pay once experience is earned
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are self‑motivated, and are also a team player. This position covers any Ritchie County location as needed but is primarily based in Pennsboro.
Works safely and follows the STOP program on the job
Forklift experience preferred
Maintains a clean and safe working environment
General upkeep and 5S of designated area
Maintains quality process control checks and follows standard work instructions
Escalates quality, safety, and productivity concerns using proper chain of command
Works as a member of a team as well as independently
Ensures product is handled in accordance with established standards
Examines and measures products to verify conformance to standards, using measuring devices such as templates, gauges, or calipers
Effective communication (oral and written)
Physical Demands:
Walks/stands for 12 hours
Frequently lifts up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 35 lbs
Frequently bends, squats, climbs, kneels, twists, push/pulls, and reaches overhead; must use hands frequently for grasping, fine manipulation, and push/pulling
