CDL A Flatbed Midwest Regional Home Weekly Driver
Decker Truck Line is hiring experienced Class A CDL holders to drive our fleet of 2022–2026 Flatbed trucks (Peterbilt 579, Volvo, Freightliner Cascadia) across the Midwest Region.
Drivers work a 5 days out – 2 days home schedule and receive weekly direct‑deposit pay.
Compensation Average weekly gross: $1,040 – $1,700
$1,450 – $1,700 weekly minimum pay for experienced drivers
$5,000 sign‑on bonus for 6‑month or longer experience
Pay increase: $0.01 CPM annually up to a $0.70 CPM cap
Monthly performance bonus: up to $0.05 CPM
Per diem: $0.10 CPM included
Tarp/securement, stop, detention, breakdown, and Chicago cross‑town loads paid

Average weekly miles: 2,000 – 2,200
Primary operating area: Midwest
Freight: 100% no‑touch (tarping & securement required)
Hauling: lumber, wallboard, steel, coils, and other building products
Drop & hook: occasional
Vehicle equipment: APU, 1,800‑watt inverter, refrigerator & microwave, free Wi‑Fi, smart TV with satellite programming, CB radio, satellite radio, hook‑ups
Speed: governed at 65 mph (pedals) / 68 mph (cruise)
Automatic transmission
Travel options: rental vehicle, plane ticket, or personal vehicle reimbursement
Physical & drug screening required
Orientation & onboarding: 3 days at Fort Dodge, IA with $500 orientation pay
Motivation: consistent miles, strong earning potential, quality equipment
