Warehouse Laborer – Pallet Repair
Warehouse Laborer – Pallet Repair (TOTAL HOURS/WEEK: 35-60)
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Laborer – Pallet Repairer to join our team. As a Pallet Repairer, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and refurbishing wooden pallets to meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine if repair is needed.
Use hand and power tools (nail gun, hammer, saw, etc.) to repair broken or damaged pallets.
Remove broken boards and replace them with new wood components.
Stack and organize repaired pallets for shipment or reuse.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Meet or exceed daily repair quotas and performance standards (450-700 pallets a day expected).
Requirements
Previous experience in pallet repair, woodworking, or general labor preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Reliable transportation and a good attendance record.
Willingness to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
Compensation & Working Hours Rate of pay can be substituted for piece work at $0.40 for each pallet built.
Full‑time. Pay: From $18.00 per hour. Expected hours: 35-60 per week.
Location & Eligibility Work location: In person
