Job Details
We are seeking a highly energetic, organized and professional individual who goes above and beyond to provide the ultimate customer experience to join our team as a reservationist supporting Chef’s Table management to accomplish goals and meet established targets having the guest’s satisfaction as a priority. The successful candidate will be responsible to answering phone calls, responding to queries, and booking reservations in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
Requirements
At least 1+ years of experience in comparable position at fine-dining level
Professional writing etiquette
Outstanding English speaking and writing skills
Highly organized and responsible
Able to work with others and in individual manner without supervision
Ability to build rapport and maintain open communication channels with guests and coworkers
Complete knowledge of restaurant menu, and restaurant operation dynamics
Ability to manage stress under difficult situations and to solve unexpected issues or complicated requests
Knowledge of Rest and reservations management system
