What you'll do

Work with crew to ensure that all construction operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications

Ensure safety procedures and PPE is in place and followed at all times by you and your team

You and your team will be responsible for installing state‑of‑the‑art products to customers by exceeding the customer's expectations.

Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld

Installing and upgrading antennas

Electronic testing of equipment to inspect the tower's operation

Identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment

Installation and servicing of wireless equipment in the field

Instruct and follow all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures

Safely work in all environments

Show up on time every day, ready to rock and roll

Basic use of hand tools and equipment

Able to identify hazards associated with the construction industry

Work closely with your team and ensure they understand and follow instructions

What you'll need

To be 18 years of age or older

Authorization to work in the United States for this company

Valid Driver's License

Additional qualifications

Minimum of 2 years prior Foreman experience in the wireless, cell tower industry

Ability to travel – required

Ability to work weekends as needed

Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift

Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. to accomplish North Sky's goals

Candidate must be able to climb towers at average heights of 50 to 300 feet

Wage The wage range for Foreman Wireless is $27.00 – $35.00
