The Shipping/Receiving & Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and staff supervision. This role ensures efficient logistics processes, maintains accurate inventory records, and enforces safety and compliance standards to support operational excellence. Join us in Wilsonville, OR and help drive the logistics that keep our mission moving. What You'll Do Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate freight schedules and carrier communications. Lead and mentor warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Track inventory levels and perform cycle counts. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics. Support process improvements and ERP system updates. Maintain Training matrix and develop training plans. Handle SAP / shipping invoicing and payments. Track and report KPIs. Operate with honesty and transparency. Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges. Follow through with commitments and deliver consistent results. Maintain focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. Enforce safety standards and conduct regular audits and inspections. Ensure proper use of equipment and personal protective gear. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse layout and inventory systems. What You Need Required: 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience. Required: High school diploma/GED, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Required: Strong leadership and communication skills. Required: Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office. Required: Knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Required: Conflict management experience. Advantage: Forklift certification and ERP (SAP) experience. Advantage: Lean or Six Sigma trainingli> Advantage: Ability to analyze data and improve workflows. Required: Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
