Warehouse Clerk
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, move, and stack products and materials efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and storage areas. Transport materials within the warehouse or production area. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions. Maintain accurate inventory records and track material movement. Stack and organize products in compliance with company guidelines. Follow all safety regulations and company policies. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packing, labeling, and shipping. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar warehouse/logistics role. Valid forklift certification/license (or willingness to obtain one). Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [Specify Weight] lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and inventory management skills. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using different types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, etc.). Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
