Forklift Operator – Nights – ALP

Location Breinigsville, PA (ALP)
Compensation $26.36 per hour, with increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review.
Schedule 5:00 pm – 5:00 am on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule. Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Ensure accurate inventory control and assist with packaging solutions.
Follow safe handling practices for items up to 50 lbs throughout a 12‑hour shift.
Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication on warehouse operations.
Adhere to GMP standards and other quality protocols in the manufacturing setting.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
Two or more years of forklift experience with a solid safety record, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
Valid U.S. Driver's License.
Prior exposure to manufacturing, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs.
Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS); SAP preferred.
Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong communication skills.
Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically over a 12‑hour shift; basic math and reading skills.
Willingness to work holidays and weekends as this is a 24/7 operation.
Acceptance of working in a warehouse with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold and cold).
Strong English language skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
