Description As the Warehouse Supervisor, your primary purpose is to manage the warehouse facility, equipment, and outgoing product, as well as supervise a group of employee‑associates. Additionally, you will act to secure all inventory assets and the movement and exchange of inventory related documents. (Non‑inclusive description)

Primary Responsibilities Supervision

Coordinate and lead assigned employees toward proper execution of loading and unloading of product.

Account for accurate internal transactions through the work you perform and the work performed by your team under your supervision.

Recruit, hire, and retain qualified employee‑associates; develop their skill sets and keep them accountable in all aspects of their performance.

Understand, execute, and drive accountability with all policies and safety rules.

Quality Assurance

Ensure proper execution of stock movement at warehouse level.

Execute “Oldest Product Sold First” (OPSF) policy in order to control product freshness in sequence.

Educate, train, and supervise employees regarding Quality Assurance Policy.

Maintain facility, product, product storage, and repack according to Quality Assurance Policy.

Maintain draft liquid temperatures at 33-40 degrees at all times.

Sort out‑of‑code (OOC) product in separate area for destruction.

Related Duties

Maintain facility in a clean, neat, safe, and organized manner.

Conduct team meetings according to company guidelines.

Maintain a neat and professional appearance, abiding by company policy.

Report any equipment failures or repairs needed to management.

Onboard new employees and certify new forklift operators to policy.

Maintain your office and files according to management guidelines.

Attend meetings as required.

Obey and execute company policies and company safety policies.

Perform other related duties as instructed by management.

Requirements Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of Logistics and/or Warehouse experience in a Lead role required

Work Environment This position requires exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, truck exhaust and load noises.

The employee must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 160 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Travel No routine travel is expected for this position.
