Utah Rail Runners is a locally owned family company looking to add to our amazing office staff.
You must be reliable M-F from 10a-6p each day. (This will not be moved to an earlier start time).
We can't stress this enough--reliability is the #1 skill needed for this position.
You will learn the intermodal transportation industry from the ground up in this role. You will talk to customers, freight forwarders, drivers, and more. This is not a position where you will ever be bored by the monotony of each day.
We understand that this is a position where you will be learning on the job, so a willingness to learn is critically important. We have experienced exceptional growth throughout the past four years and want someone willing to grow with us. Experience working on a computer is helpful. We utilize Office, logistics software and a web-based phone system. All training provided.

We provide a medical care stipend after 90 days, HSA, PTO and 401k.
A merit based bonus up to $1000 after 90 days.
Responsibilities
Assist in dispatching approximately 45 trucks
Schedule delivery/pick up appointments
Data entry
Update information through dispatching software
Learn Invoicing and Payroll system
Qualifications
Reliable Work Ethic
Some computer experience
Attitude of growth and learning
