Operations Manager
Position: Operations Manager at Duralum Products Inc, Tolleson, AZ.
Job Type: Full‑time. Pay: $68,000 – $73,000 per year.

Position Overview The Operations Manager oversees daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role provides hands‑on leadership across sales support, production, inventory, scheduling, and compliance while developing high‑performing teams and improving operational processes. Inventory and a mechanical background is highly preferred, and roll‑form experience is a plus.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead daily operations to meet company goals for safety, quality, and profitability.
Actively coach, train and develop employees through consistent feedback and performance management.
Manage the activity of the will‑call team and ensures goals are met while satisfying customer expectations.
Oversee inventory by ensuring accurate counts are reported to maintain stock for customer demands.
Ensure production schedules and inventory needs are timed to meet customer needs while controlling costs.
Make employee safety a personal priority. Ensure that safety training, rewards, and reprimands are given to create an industry‑leading safety record.
Manage labor costs to support branch financial performance and meet company standards.
Enact regulatory compliance measures in partnership with the Branch Manager, and assist with Human Resources and Safety related issues.
Actively work to improve company processes to enhance efficiency, customer service, order accuracy, profitability, and sales opportunities.
Work Saturdays as needed for business needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Hold employees accountable for performance, quality, and deadlines.
Conduct workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing.
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and labor law compliance.
Ensure meal and rest break compliance.
Communicate policy updates and provide training.
Administer coaching, training, and progressive discipline when necessary.

Must be able to wear many hats and be able to multitask.
A willingness to learn and being a team member is a must.
Must possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
