OSG is a full-service partner in the design, production, and deployment of data‑driven, highly personalized customer communications for businesses and nonprofit organizations. OSG delivers targeted, relevant, and dynamic messaging using print and digital media and provides in‑house solutions for secure communications, direct response, fulfillment, and healthcare communications.
Responsibilities
Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
Assists in operating equipment within the Operations Department (i.e., sets up, tests, and runs machines) as needed.
Performs preventative maintenance of machines by cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as required.
Examines form and texture of machine parts to detect imperfections.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Works independently with minimal supervision and follows instructions of supervisor.
Starts equipment to test performance.
Performs housekeeping duties as needed to keep the work area clean and clear of debris.
Maintains records of Preventative Maintenance, issue resolution, and parts usage.
Collaborates with On‑Site & vendor technicians to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and setup issues.
Abides by the policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
Qualifications Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED plus 1–2 years post‑high school training in an industrial maintenance program or 2–3 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
