If you're driven by maintaining high standards and fine-tuning systems for peak performance this role is for you!

We're looking for a hands‑on

Maintenance Technician

who can diagnose problems fast, work with precision, and take real pride in keeping our VMP Healthcare facility running at peak performance. This isn’t a call someone else’s job. You’ll be the person who tears it down, builds it back better, and keeps everything from electrical and plumbing to machinery and structural components operating safely and efficiently.

If you’re skilled with tools, comfortable with schematics, confident in your troubleshooting, and thrive in an environment where your work actually matters, this is your chance to put your expertise to work and own the integrity of the building from the inside out.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Keep the building standing strong

– repair and maintain the physical plant structure and interior/exterior surfaces so everything looks good and works even better.

Be the problem‑spotter

– inspect, test and troubleshoot machinery and equipment, teaming up with supervisors and coworkers to diagnose issues and get things running right.

Tear it down. Fix it. Put it back better.

– dismantle defective machines, install new or repaired parts, and keep components clean, lubricated and operating smoothly.

Own the systems behind the scenes

– install, repair and maintain electrical and plumbing systems including wiring, outlets, valves, regulators, piping and soldered connections.

Build, cut, weld and fabricate

– use hand and power tools, welding equipment and cutting torches to fabricate or repair metal, wood fixtures, furnishings, counters, benches and partitions.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

You’ll be part of a warm supportive team that appreciates good work and good humor.

Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a safe, comfortable home for our residents.
