Practice Model Coach Field Support Consultant (FSC)
in
Project NorthStar , Florida’s statewide initiative to realign policy and practice. You’ll work hands‑on with CPI Supervisors, Program Administrators, and Operations Managers providing one‑on‑one coaching and guiding them through a tailored learning program focused on safety, fidelity, and competency in the Florida Practice Model.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Coach and support CPI Supervisors and Program Administrators in real‑time investigations.
Deliver
24-48 hours
of personalized coaching per participant across a 6‑week cycle.
Co‑facilitate
team‑based fidelity reviews
of closed investigations and provide individualized feedback.
Prepare participants for
competency‑based assessments
by identifying growth areas and strengthening practice.
Support the
five‑day in‑person training
on the Florida Safety Practice Model.
What You’ll Be Part Of: Live Coaching
Ratio: 1 Coach per 6 participants
24-48 hours of coaching per participant
In real time coaching around application of the practice model
Real‑world casework coaching = real change
Fidelity Reviews
Individual feedback = targeted development
Competency‑Based Assessment
Continuous coaching until all competencies are mastered
Location SunCoast Region North and South
