Job Description Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑paced and high‑volume call environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, comfort handling 80+ inbound calls daily, and experience working with ERP systems. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy setting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls (80+ per day)
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist with order processing, billing questions, and issue resolution
Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in an ERP system
Build positive relationships with customers through clear and professional communication
Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Proven experience in a high call‑volume customer service role
Experience using ERP systems (Macola experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable transportation and ability to work on‑site Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Prior experience in HVAC or a related industry is a plus, but not required
Additional Information
