Inventory Control Specialist | Sparks, NV
Nexeo HR is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to support a high-volume warehouse in Henderson, NV. In this role, you will ensure accurate inventory levels, efficient material flow, and reliable documentation of goods across multiple warehouse departments.

Responsibilities
Perform daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliations
Operate Reach Trucks safely to locate, move, and organize inventory
Track and record material movement within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Support inbound and outbound processes, ensuring documentation accuracy
Investigate and resolve count discrepancies through research and root-cause analysis
Maintain clean, organized storage locations with proper labeling and product placement
Assist cross-functional teams including Shipping/Receiving, Returns, and Quality Control
Follow warehouse SOPs and safety standards to ensure reliable, compliant operations
Qualifications Required:
Proven Reach Truck operation experience (certification a plus)
2+ years of inventory control, warehouse operations, or related experience
Knowledge of WMS platforms (SAP, JDA/Blue Yonder, or similar)
Proficient with RF scanners and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform team lifts when needed
High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
Experience with returns or reverse logistics processes
Advanced inventory reporting or reconciliation experience
Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean warehouse practices
Pay $19.00-$21.50 Per Hour
Schedule Full‑Time | Day Shift | 6:30am – 3:30pm | Monday - Friday
*Must be willing and available to work OT hours as needed.
