Responsibilities
Execute end‑to‑end integrated AVL system design and installation plans
Perform on‑site service calls for system testing and troubleshooting
Install rigging for AVL equipment
Handle cabling, terminations, and rack wiring
Ensure high‑quality workmanship and attention to detail
Collaborate as a positive, dependable, and hard‑working team member
Qualifications
2+ years of hands‑on experience in church production or live AVL environments
Strong interest in working with a faith‑forward organization serving houses of worship, hospitality, and community clients
Proactive problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
High level of accountability and reliability
