Responsibilities This position handles patient pre‑registration, registration for all services, and assists with scheduling as needed. Key duties include:
Collecting and reporting patient demographic and billing information.
Securing patient accounts by obtaining appropriate demographic, insurance, and medical information.
Providing accurate estimates for services when appropriate.
Working independently and as part of a team to meet patient needs and department guidelines.

Qualifications And Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: One year of customer service experience. One year of medical registration or reception experience preferred
