Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Provide accurate information about insurance policies and coverage options.
Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's system.
Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
Experience with Applied TAM online a PLUS
A positive and empathetic attitude towards assisting others.
