Unicity is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Office Clerk to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with basic computer skills who is eager to learn and grow within a leading company.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize physical and electronic files.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.

Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scanning, copying, and faxing.

Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills are required,

including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

A proactive and positive attitude.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
