Responsibilities

Master the Machinery: Take charge of operating advanced manufacturing equipment to produce top‑quality pleated filters, gas turbine filters, and other essential filtration products that keep our customers running smoothly.

Be a Safety Champion: Lead the way by strictly following all safety protocols and wearing your personal protective equipment. Proactively spot and eliminate hazards to create the safest workplace possible for you and your teammates.

Deliver Flawless Quality: Own the quality of every product you touch, ensuring it meets our exacting standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Handle with Care & Strength: Safely lift and move raw materials, finished goods, and packed items using the right tools and techniques to keep production flowing without a hitch.

Keep It Spotless: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free workspace that fuels productivity, pride, and safety every single day.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.

Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.

Outstanding teamwork – must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.

Technical Capacity required.

Working knowledge of computers is preferred.

Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Able to use hand tools.

Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
