Job Description MANDATORY DETENTION OFFICER CERTIFICATION FOR ICE OR CBP. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Greenlight is recruiting DO's and SDO's for a new Government contract operating in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, Venture, and Orange.
A Detention Officer (DO) manages detention, care, and removal operations, transporting individuals and providing security at government facilities, during off‑site medical visits, court visits, and other locations. Ensures humane treatment and care of persons under detention.
A Supervisory Detention Officer (SDO) oversees detention operations, manages staff and ensures compliance with strict standards for detainee care, facility security, intake/release, and escort duties, while also handling complex case management, training, coordination and ensures adherence to laws and operational policies within detention facilities, focusing on detainee welfare and facility orders.
