Material Handler Apply today to be a Material Handler with one of the most innovative and trusted packaging companies in the world. Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Material Handler position for the Converting plant in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a 2nd shift position from 3pm-11pm (Mon-Fri). Additional $2.50 premium for NIGHT Shift between the hours of 7pm-7am. Any hours worked outside of 7pm-7am will not receive the premium.
Responsibilities
Efficient operation of stand-up forklift to move materials
Performance of routine safety inspections and of forklift equipment
Moving material, general support of production areas, shipping/receiving, and material handling functions
Moving materials through plant in a safe timely manner
Keep production areas supplied with raw materials
Qualifications
1-3 years experience material handling in a manufacturing environment
General understanding of rack numbering systems, tags, raw materials, and WIP
Must be able to work overtime
Stand‑up forklift experience required
