Job Description We deliver the goods – you will support our food distribution system through frontline customer service, ensuring satisfaction and timely order handling.

Position Purpose Responsible for assisting all customers with order entries and any inquiries regarding the company. In addition, responsible for keeping all customers satisfied and happy with the company as their distributor and to accommodate them as best possible. Solves customer problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists.

Schedule Monday‑Friday, Rotating Sunday (approximately 1 every 7 weeks). 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Input customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Enter order and invoicing information on time.

Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors and request samples.

Provide professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co‑workers.

Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail daily, writing sample requests and special orders as needed.

Attend training and customer service meetings.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.

6 – 12 months experience in customer service, call center or a related area.

Compensation $20 – 22 per hour.
