Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.
Maintenance Technician – Magruder Run Apartments, Hampton, VA Duties
Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, toilets, sinks, basic carpentry, and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Qualifications
HVAC certification with at least 3 years of Maintenance Technician experience.
Ability to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Background screening and drug test required.
