Job Summary
Lynmar Estate is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Coordinator to support our DTC business across e-commerce, wine club, tasting room, and events. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for a tech-savvy, creative self-starter who enjoys working across digital, hospitality, and customer-facing experiences.
The DTC Coordinator will work cross-functionally to support daily DTC operations while helping deliver exceptional customer experiences, both online and in person.
What You’ll Do
Support DTC operations including e-commerce, wine club, customer service, and events
Assist with planning and on-site execution of DTC events
Manage customer communications, including emails, website content, and event invitations
Support social media content creation and event coverage
Assist with e-commerce updates, reporting, and basic data analysis
Collaborate across teams to enhance the overall DTC customer experience
Support photography and basic graphic design projects as needed
Preferred Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in DTC, wine, hospitality, or consumer brands
Comfort with technology, e-commerce platforms, Excel, Outlook, and digital tools; familiarity with AI, Commerce7, WinePulse and Canva a plus
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience supporting events and social media
Photography or graphic design background a plus
Passion for wine and hospitality
