Responsibilities Forklift Operator – Unloader/Production Puller Day Shift: 7am‑7pm 2‑2‑3 Schedule

Pay Rate: $20.81/HR

Our experienced forklift operators are eager to work in the challenging, fast‑paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Loading and unloading docked trailers

Pulling and loading customer orders

Receiving inbound orders

Building pallets and pallet displays

Desired skills include:

Good communication skills

Interest in or experience with technology

Ability to think beyond the plan

A high sense of integrity and the ability to act with urgency

A drive to deliver the best result for the customer

A curiosity to learn more, with the ability to assess situations quickly

Ability to support, encourage, and invest in a strong team

Qualifications Successful candidates will bring 2 years’ experience operating propane sit‑down lifts, stand‑up and reach lifts and be able to keep up with a fast repetitious pace. Heavy lifting of 50 to 60 pounds is necessary. Simple math skills are required. Must be a team player with the ability to interact with both management and co‑workers. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed. Prior warehouse, high‑lift reach truck, and WMS system experience is preferred.
