Hours:
Hourly, 8‑hour shift pattern (including nights and weekends). Typical shifts 8‑hour slots between 12:00 and 02:00, earliest 07:00.

Welcome to Hawk‑Eye Innovations! I'm Ash, the Operations Manager for the Baseball department. We are passionate about baseball and dedicated to bringing the best experiences to our audience. Our team is constantly growing, and we need talented Baseball Systems Operators in Atlanta.
Typical Day
During pre‑season, build and prepare hardware and equipment for on‑site installations.
Conduct pre‑game checks of the systems.
Solve problems promptly when issues arise.
Report issues accurately when they can't be fixed in‑game and need escalation.
Operate the technologies during the game remotely from the Atlanta Office.
Liaise with MLB and MLB teams personnel, both on‑site and remotely.
Provide real‑time, quality data to MLB / MLB teams.
Take full responsibility for our data integrity.
